Dolly’s is licensed by Bromley Council for 4* Dog Day Care & Dog Boarding.  Licence Nos.   20/00230/AWHBD

All work & Services conducted by Dolly’s is subject to our terms & conditions – listed below

PLEASE READ THE TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY

Signing the terms & conditions will be deemed as you accepting all of our Terms & Conditions.  No services will commence until Terms &Conditions & Registration Documents have been signed.

Should Dolly’s need to amend these terms & conditions at any time, they will issue a modified version to the client for signature & acceptance.

Definitions         Dolly’s is the Business.  Client is pet owner

SERVICES PROVIDED FOR DOGS

Dolly’s will not accept aggressive or noisy dogs for walks/day care or boarding. 

1.1 Daily Dog Walks – individual/groups

1.11            Dogs will be collected in a fully insured, air conditioned, caged van

1.12            Walks will be of 1 hour duration & include pick up & drop off – with the exception of puppies & older dogs.

1.13            Walks for puppies & older dogs will be tailored to their ability – as per government guidelines

1.14            Walks will be with other dogs, unless Client requests individual walks

1.15            Group walks will be limited to maximum of 4 dogs – as per Dolly’s Licence

1.16            All Dogs to be micro chipped & have a suitable collar, lead & name tag, provided by Client

1.17            Dolly’s will attach a Dolly’s identity tag – containing relevant contact details for Dolly’s whilstthe dog is in their care

1.18            Dolly’s will not exercise any dog off the lead without written consent of owner

1.19            Dolly’s will not walk or board bitches in season, unless it does not impact other clients

1.110          Uncastrated dogs over 9 months will be subject to an assessment & trial walk/board.

1.2 Dog Day Care

1.21            Only dogs that have undergone a trial session or are part of the Dolly’s daily dog walking will be accepted for Day Care.

1.22            Client to provide food, toys & medication if applicable

1.23            Dogs will be treated as family pet in a home environment

1.24            Dog will have access to a secure garden

1.25            2 x 1 hour woodland/park walk will be included in the charge

1.26            Dog walking terms above apply to day care dogs.

1.3 Dog Boarding

1.31            Only dogs that are known to Dolly’s will be accepted for boarding.  i.e. are part of their daily dog walks or have attended trial boarding session.

1.32            Pre Assessment meeting to be conducted with at the Client prior to the boarding

1.33            Client to complete the Registration Form, Consent Form & Dietary Requirements & agree Enrichment programme

1.34            Client to provide dogs bedding, all food, medication and any other requirement for their pets stay.  Any additional items that have to be purchased will be billed to the client at the end of the stay.

1.35            Dogs will be boarded in home environment & be treated like a family pet.

1.36            Each dog will have its own room & access to a secure garden.

1.37            Dogs will only be able to mix with other dogs if prior consent is obtained from the Client

1.38            2 x 1 hour woodland/park walk per day will be included

1.39            Dog walking terms & conditions above, apply to boarding dogs

1.310          Dogs will have adult supervision at all times. 

1.4 Puppy Feeding/Pop Ins

1.41            Dolly’s will provide pop in services for dogs or puppies.  Timings & frequency of visits to be agreed with the client. 

1.42            Dolly’s will not offer pop in service for any dogs that are left unattended overnight.

2    Welfare/Emergencies

2.1               At time of registration the client to provide proof of the dogs vaccinations, flea & worming treatment & the client agrees to keep these updated

2.2               The Client is responsible for full disclosure of behaviour, health issues, and characteristics at time of registration

2.3               The client to ensure that any changes to Registration information is advised immediately

2.4               No dog with infectious/contagious diseases will be accepted for any of our services.  They  should be kept at home until cleared by vet.  Should the infection occur whilst dog is attending one of our services, the client is responsible for any costs incurred by Dolly’s to contain & treat the disease

2.5               Should a dog become unwell or have an accident whilst in the care of Dolly’s.  Dolly’s will endeavour to contact the client or their nominated emergency contact prior to contacting the vet

2.6               Should a vet be required, Dolly’s will endeavour to use the dogs own vet, but should this not be possible, Dolly’s will use their business vet.  All Creatures, Windsor Drive, Chelsfield.  Client to consent to this when they register

2.7               The Client is responsible for any costs incurred for emergency treatment.  Full payment required when dog is collected.

2.8               Dolly’s holds no responsibility for the loss of pet(s) and holds no liability for treatment and expenses incurred or third party costs that may be incurred.  The client to cover all expenses at end of pets stay

2.9               In the event of emergency treatment or euthanasia, no action will be taken by the vet without the Clients permission.  If the Client cannot be reached the alternative emergency contact will be contacted. 

2.10            In the event of euthanasia the body will be stored at the Business Vets premises until the Client can recover the body.  All cost s incurred will be for the Client.

2.11            If a dog is on medication/special diet/exercise regime this must be recorded at the time of registration.   Clear instructions on how & when the medication should be administered must be provided.

2.12            Dolly’s staff hold Pet First Aid qualifications

3.   Behaviour

3.1               Prior to day care/boarding each dog must attend a trial day to ensure that they are happy with the day care/boarding environment and can be handled safely by Dolly’s team.  See price list for cost of one day dog care.

3.2               Dolly’s will not accept badly behaved, aggressive or noisy dogs.

3.3               Dolly’s will terminate an agreement for any dogs that are aggressive to other dogs or humans or destroy property.  Any costs incurred will be for the Clients account

3.4               If a dogs behaviour becomes uncontrollable during a boarding stay, the dog will be removed to a kennelled establishment until the Client returns.  All costs for damage and kennelling will be for Clients account and will be paid on return.

4.   Pricing/Payment Terms/Cancellations

4.1               All charges for services are as displayed on Dolly’s Price List

4.2               Dolly‘s will provide 30 days notice of any price increases

4.3               Dog walks/Day Care will be billed at the end of each week & payment is due by the Saturday

4.4               A 50% non refundable deposit is required at time of booking for all dog boarding/pet pop ins.  With the balance due when pet is collected

4.5               Dog Boarding charges are per 24hr period.  
e.g. drop off 12 noon Mon. pick up 12 noon Tues. = 1 day.  Drop of 12 noon Mon. pick up 4pm Tues = 2days

4.6               Any dog walking cancelled by the client with less than 24hrs notice will be billed at full rate

4.7               Dolly’s accepts electronic bank transfers or cash payments

4.8               Clients are responsible for ensuring that Dolly’s are able to gain access to their pet during the service period.  If the pet is not at pick up site full service rate applies.

4.9               If the Client is not at the premises, they must ensure that the keys/alarm codes (if applicable) have been provided to Dolly’s.  If Dolly’s not able to access the pet the full service rates apply

4.10            On the rare occasion Dolly’s are unable to visit your pet due to extreme weather, illness or for any other reason; we will contact the Client as soon as possible in order to arrange alternative care.

5   OTHER PET SERVICES

5.1               Dolly’s will provide pop in service for other small pets.  Timings & frequency to be agreed with client

5.2               If a pet owner requires their pet to be let out at anytime during the service period, Dolly’s will not be held responsible if the pet does not return.

5.3               Should a vet be required, Dolly’s will endeavour to use the Pet’s own vet, but should this not be possible, Dolly’s will use their business vet.  All Creatures, Windsor Drive, Chelsfield.  Client to consent to this when they register

5.4               The Client is responsible for any costs incurred for emergency treatment.  Full payment required when pet is collected.

5.5               Dolly’s holds no responsibility for the loss of pet(s) and holds no liability for treatment and expenses incurred or third party costs that may be incurred.  The client to cover all expenses at end of pets stay

5.6               In the event of emergency treatment or euthanasia, no action will be taken by the vet without the Clients permission.  If the Client cannot be reached the alternative emergency contact will be contacted. 

6.   General:- 6.1         The Client should be happy for Dolly’s to take photos and videos of their pet (which may be used on social media, greetings cards, advertisement etc). If you’d prefer us not to use photos of your pet, please let Dolly’s know when
